Bedrooms & Bath: • Bedroom 1: A comfy king-size bed, a dedicated desk for remote work, a cozy gas fireplace, and a large walk-in closet. • Bedroom 2: A comfy queen-size bed, a desk for remote work, and its own walk-in closet. • Bathroom: A modern bathroom with a large mirror, two sinks, and a fully enclosed walk-in shower. Amenities: • A large-capacity washer and dryer are located within the unit for your convenience. • The apartment is equipped with a modern Blueair HVAC system that heats, cools, and purifies the air for all-season comfort, using HEPA and UV Oxidation to remove 99.97% of allergens.

We allow up to two dogs with payment of a non-refundable pet fee. We allow a 5th guest on the couch bed for an extra nightly fee. Available optional add-ons may be requested through your guest portal after booking and may include: •Early check-in – You may request this within 2 days of your arrival. •Late checkout – You may request this within 2 days of your departure. •Trip Insurance •Large Pet Crate •Pack 'N Play Crib •Apartment Cleaning During Your Stay Landscaping and snow removal services are included and may be completed during your stay. But wait, there’s even more!! We also rent a Toyota RAV4 that is parked onsite through Turo, depending on availability and your eligibility. You will receive at least a 3% discount on your rental and an additional 10% if you choose non-refundable at check-out. There is a 3-day minimum. Turo requires at least 24-hour advance notice before the booking.
